Make your return within 10 days of the day you received your order. In order to make the return, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition with special badges and buy receipt. All product changes are made with products of the same season and at the same price.

To book the product you wish to change, you will need to make a new order by following the same procedure as a regular order and just to make a deduction for the amount / balance of your returned items, you should mark the ‘Change’ term in the ‘Comments’ field. We inform you that the final credit amount will not automatically appear to you when you place your order, will be deducted from our account after processing your return.

The return process usually takes 3-6 business days from the moment we receive the returned item(s) to our company.
